And that means we need foster parents for bottle baby kittens. If you have bottle fed before, or are willing to learn how, please let us know!
Things to know about fostering bottle babies:
These guys will need to be fed every 2-4 hours for the next 2-3 weeks, as well as kept warm and clean.
They're not very mobile at this age, so you don't have to have a lot of spare room, but you do need a flexible schedule or be able to take them with you to work.
LCHS provides all necessary supplies and medical treatment, including kitten milk replacement formula.
Kittens at this age can be very delicate health-wise, and need a vigilant eye kept on them.
We have very experienced foster mentors who can help you through just about any situation at any time of the day or night.
Fostering a bottle baby can be challenging, but it is also VERY rewarding!
So if you are interested in becoming a bottle baby foster parent, call the LCHS office at 224-9193 and ask for Deidre, our Cat Program Coordinator, or send an email to email@example.com. More information about our Foster Program »
